Meet Dana.
Facilitator of meaningful change.
Human.
Dana is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through complex emotional challenges. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to therapy and is highly attuned with those who present with increased sensitivities, helping to calm the overwhelmed nervous system and build a sense of safety, regulation, and resilience. Dana integrates all therapeutic approaches thoughtfully, tailoring therapy to the person in front of her rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Dana works with concerns such as anxiety and depression, OCD, post-natal depression, ADHD, adjustment and life-transition difficulties, relationship and interpersonal challenges, assertiveness, self-esteem and confidence building. She also supports parents with child and teen behaviour challenges at home and has experience helping clients integrate psychedelic experiences in a safe, grounded way.
A “no-BS” approach resonates deeply with how Dana has chosen to work and live: as an authentic human being. Dana particularly enjoys working with young adults aged 18–30, while also supporting adults across the lifespan. She believes people often have far more capacity for change than they realise, and that therapy works best as a collaborative process — one that helps uncover strengths, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Dana has worked across a range of clinical settings across public and private sectors over the past 15 years and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
