Bek is a warm, insightful, and compassionate psychologist who believes meaningful therapy begins with human connection. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space where people of all backgrounds and life experiences can feel heard, respected, and valued.
Working from a relational, process-oriented lens, Bek blends evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person. She brings curiosity, compassion, and connection into the therapy space, and holds a strong belief in every individual’s capacity for growth and meaningful change. Bek feels privileged to walk alongside her clients as they navigate challenges and move toward a more values-aligned, fulfilling life.
